Riedel Stemware Tasting Class and Dinner
Claus Riedel was the first person in the long history of the glass to design its shape according to the character of the wine. He is thus the inventor of the functional wine glass.
The Riedel Tasting Class is a journey through their world of glasses and senses. You will spend the evening under the tutelage of an expert representative from Riedel exploring the nuances of crystal stemware designed for specific styles of wine in mind. If you have ever considered investing in fine stemware, this is the class. If you choose to stay and join us for dinner, we will be enjoying 4 courses paired with the wines from the tasting.
Cost: $75 per person for the class includes a 4 stem Riedel Tasting Kit (retail: $125). -or- $100 per person, includes a 4 stem Riedel Tasting Kit (retail: $125) and dinner.
Time: 6:30 p.m.

Titanic 100th Anniversary!
100 years ago in the early morning of April 15th the "unsinkable" Titanic sank to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. Passengers in the First Class Cabins had enjoyed a fabulous multi-course meals just prior to the ship hitting an iceberg. Come enjoy a 6 course wine dinner inspired by the menu served the First Class passengers the last night of the Titanic's voyage.
Cost: $75 per person
